The whole brandy production of the Zarić distillery is based on a good and reliable cooperation of tradition, experience and modern technology. We added the latest technology and know-how to the old and original recipes.
Together with the complete reconstruction of the facility, today’s brandy production uses the latest equipment for fermentation, distillation, aging, stabilization and filtration. The production is completed in the automatic filling plant, with closing and labelling bottles.
The whole internal transportation from the received fresh and ripe fruits to the brandy filled in bottles is performed by the automatic closed system made of Innox. The conditions for brandy production in accordance with the highest European standards are created by the top quality equipment and professional staff.
In order to make the connection of the modern technology and tradition even stronger, oak barrels are used for brandy aging, the total volume of which is 500.000 litres.
