Distillery - Kosjerić

Exactly one year ago, on St.Vitu’s Day, the highest quality autochthon Serbian brandies (rakija) – Kraljica, Medena, Obsession, Nostalgia and Nirvana came out of one of the largest distilleries in the southeast Balkans – “Zarić” Distillery from Kosjerić, and in a very short period won over all those who search not for consolation but inspiration and fecundity. The “first sip” was enough to warm the hearts of hosts and guests, and bring much-deserved prizes and awards.

In just one year, “Kraljica” – the only brandy in Serbia with protected geographic origin, obtained the brand status “Serbian Brand”, and became the official drink of the Serbian Royal Court, awarding “Zarić” distillery the title of the official supplier to the Royal Court. The quality of this brandy was confirmed by the Gold medal at the 78th Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.

“Obsession” or “raspberry miracle” as it is referred to by those who were not able to resist it, won the third place at the Brandy Fair that took place in Hungary, for its uncompromising quality – the quality that can exist only in a land heavily laden with fruits and emotions – in Kosjerić, Serbia.

“Zarić” Distillery also takes pride in another of its brandies called “Medena” or “Honey”, a drink for “Gods and hedonists” with its refreshing and almost healing properties. It is a fine combination of the highest quality fruits and sweetest offerings from bees – a ladies’ drink that is already the topic of conversations at homes and restaurants.

Further in the lineup of quality brandies we find “Nirvana” and “Nostalgia” - pear and quince brandies with distinct aromas and uncanny quality. Their magical names besiege all senses and affect all those left uninspired by other brandies, making the name “Zarić” Distillery lasting and unforgettable.
